Mrs. A. Summers –
The secret of coping with a gluten free diet is to have as many gluten free ingredients and substitutes available as possible. It’s not just about buying readymade products you heat up and eat; you have to learn how to cook it. Isabel’s mixes are necessary store cupboard staples.

I have just eaten Toad in the Hole for the first time in years, your Yorkshire pudding mix is amazing it rose to such heights and tasted wonderful the problem is my local stores don’t have it now, and I want to use your products more, thank you for making my meals NORMAL which is difficult if you are a diabetic coeliac. Well done keep going, I will use your products when ever I can find them.
Mrs J. Smith –
Hi,I’m writing to say how wonderful the above product is.Absolutely amazing, best we have ever tasted and believe we’ve tried many! My 18 year old Daughter was diagnosed with coeliacs disease last November and we have tried many gluten free Yorkshire puddings and this product beats them ALL, hands down.
My next step is to use this mix to make my daughter her favourite dinner of toad in the hole (using gluten free Marks & Spencer sausages) once again congratulations on producing such a wonderful product.
Many many thanks

These are the best Yorkshire puddings we’ve had since we found we were coeliac.. In fact I think they’re better than the ones I used to make. Couldn’t believe how light they were and how much they rose. Bloody lovely.
