Totally gorgeous. With the mix I was able to use my mum’s Yorkshire pudding tin. They turned out perfect, as good as they were when i was a kid, light, crispy and fluffy. And later on much enjoyed a leftover with a dollop of golden syrup, just as dad used to do. How good is that!

Best gluten free Yorkshire I have ever had, they rise so well and taste absolutely delicious. It’s so nice to have proper Yorkshire puddings That we can all eat together the kids prefer these to normal Yorkshire’s winner all round!

AMAZING! My partner is highly gluten intolerant and an amazing cook but Yorkshire Pudding is one recipe we’ve not been able to crack…. Isabel’s GF Yorkshire Pudding mix got delivered to me as a substitute and we were totally blown away by how much they rose and more importantly, how great they tasted! They were so good we ate all 10 in one sitting!
This product is a must have. I will now be ordering by the case!

Best GF Yorkshire puds ever! At last! I can enjoy Yorkshire puddings again! I have tried various recipes and shop made gluten free puddings but they have been sorry attempts. Isabel’s Yorkshire pudding mix rose beautifully and kept the inner softness I remember from making them with wheat flour.

OMG! The best Yorkshire pudding mix (gluten or non gluten free) you’ll ever have. It was a happy accident we got this mix rather than frozen GF, pre made Yorkshires, and they are perfect! You would never know they are GF!
A MASSIVE we’ll done to Isabel’s… we’ll be ordering 20 packets at a time!

Yorkshire pudding mix is really good. My wife made some ordinary ones and some with this mix, the family couldn’t tell the difference, excellent.

I have to echo what everyone else has already wrote. I have had many disasters with homemade GF Yorkshire puddings (I gave up in the end) and resorted to frozen ready made ones.
Yes, the frozen ones fill a gap and suffice but are nowhere near as satisfying as the the ones I remember. And of course you cannot buy ready made large GF puddings or have the option of toad in the hole etc. I used the sachet this evening to make toad in the hole. I followed the instructions to the letter and it was absolutely divine. I meant to get semi skimmed milk, but picked up skimmed in error but was still perfect, just as I remember. My partner was very impressed too and he is not coeliac (and usually a good judge of what works when GF. The difference was imperceptible from regular Yorkshire puddings. I shall be stock piling!

This is truly the best, yes slightly expensive, but 200% better than any other tried my son can eat a tray full after years of being deprived but having to watch everyone else scoff normal ones. I don’t think I would be able to tell the difference if I didn’t know they were gluten free.

Hi, I am writing this to say how much I love your products especially the batter mix for Yorkshire puddings.
I have tried all the recipes with epic fails. Your mix rose and tasted like the real thing even my kids and partner couldn’t tell the difference.
Thank you for making me feel like I was eating non gluten and wheat free Yorkshires have missed them so.

I love making Yorkshire puddings with this mix, my kids love it when I do toad in the hole too. A true family favourite.
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get this mix anymore from my local shops so we haven’t had for a long time. If I can find it again it will be a definite buy.
