To make the Yorkshire puds
You will Need:
1 pack of Isabel’s Yorkshire Pudding Mix
2 Large free-range eggs (approx. 145g)
160ml milk or substitute
1 or 2 tsp vegetable oil per pud
Top tips: Can be baked in one 32cm baking tin. If making the puds diary free use a high protein milk substitute for best results.
Makes: 12 puddings when using a muffin tin

Makes fantastically puffy single Yorkshire puds, and also comes up great when doing toad in the hole.
