Makes a very crispy, light batter which is lovely. So easy to mix up, I made it with sparkling water and it came out a treat.

Makes light fluffy pancakes, you would not know the difference. Great filled with beetroot and creme fraiche for savory, and golden syrup for sweet. We struggle to find in shops though, so has to be on a direct delivery from Isabel.

I make sweetcorn fritters with this mix! They are lovely sweet, made these for family and everyone loved them, especially the kids.
