How to use

Meatballs in Tomato & Cumin Sauce – Serves 4

You’ll need:
1 jar of Isabel’s Tomato & Cumin sauce
12 beef or pork meatballs
Chopped fresh herbs (optional)

Heat 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan, then add 12 meatballs, beef or pork.
Cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes. When they are brown all around pour the contents of the jar over the meatballs and cook for a further 5 minutes or until piping hot. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs and serve with pasta.
