GF Baking Fix 100g(makes all kinds of gluten free breads, pizzas, cakes and pastries)

A xanthan gum this is essential for making gluten free breads, cakes and pastries. We call it a ‘store cupboard saviour’. It works as a binding agent for your baked goods and creates that gluten-like texture. Also works as emulsifier and thickener agent for sauces , gravies and puddings. It’s a more sustainable ingredient, vegetable based, and has excellent water absorption and freeze-thaw properties. It brings out the natural flavour of whatever you’re baking or cooking.

Makes: All kinds of gluten free breads, pizzas, cakes, pastries, sauces and gravies.

  3. I would just like to say a huge Thank you for selling your Baking Fix here in Ireland. Over the the past 6 years I have made my coeliac daughter birthday cakes and they have always had a tonne of ingredients and still sunk in the middle but this year thanks to you her birthday cake was out of this world and she is a very happy 15 year old and I am a very happy baker. How to use

  • For bread, use 1 Tbsp per 500g flour
  • For cakes or pastry, use 1 tsp per 200g flour
