Aromatic, creamy and extremely tasty coconut curry. Thai-style curry sauce, ideal for cooking chicken breast pieces, fish or vegetables. As an added bonus, this sauce is not as hot as a traditional Thai curry. Handmade without artificial colours or flavours for all the family to enjoy.

How to use

Thai style coconut fish curry – Serves 4 You’ll need: 1 jar of Isabel’s Coconut Curry Thai style sauce 500g fish (cod, bass, mackerel or any white fish) Chopped fresh coriander (optional) Heat contents of the jar in a medium size pan. Add 500g of fish fillet (cod, bass, mackerel or any other white fish) and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn over occasionally making sure the fish is well cooked. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with boiled rice.

Hints & Tips

Can also be used as a tasty dip! Store in a cool dry place. Once opened refrigerate for up to 3 days.
