My son cannot tolerate gluten and soy protein. I am not the best cook or baker so please let me know when your products will be available in the United States

Delighted with the results of using this mix! Because the eggs and milk are added they bake like proper homemade Yorkshire puddings. Definitely recommended!

Just tried gf Yorkshire pud mix. They were excellent. Glad to hear you are changing the packaging though as the instructions on the box are not clear and contradict the sticker inside of liquid to mix ratio. I ended up using the whole packet with 2 eggs and 320 ml of milk. it made 12 fantastic puds!

Hi Caitlin, thanks very much for your feedback – I really appreciate. You were very lucky to get Yorkshire puddings with those instructions… please accept my apologies. To make the Yorkshire puds using 200g of the mix, you’ll need: 4 large eggs and 320g/ml of milk or milk substitute. The new packaging is correcting those mistakes on the packaging and inside the sachet. Thanks again for getting in touch. Isabel

When I first discovered as a Coeliac these Yorkshire Puddings I was so relieved as a roast without Yorkshires is not at all good. All the family love them when visiting and even the grandchildren have not noticed the difference, Well done,
